This policy explains, in plain English, how money moves on LEADS — what you're charged for, how to cancel, and when you get money back. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Advertiser Agreement.
LEADS runs on a prepaid wallet. You add funds, and campaigns spend from your balance as they deliver. Adding funds is a top-up to your own account — it is not a purchase of a specific service, and the funds remain yours until a campaign spends them. You can top up by card payment (processed and tokenised securely by Square) or by manual bank transfer, which is credited to your wallet once we receive it. As a GST-registered business, we issue a tax invoice for your records.
You can request a withdrawal of unspent wallet funds that you originally added by card. Withdrawals are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider (Square) and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Funds added by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer to the originating account. Amounts already spent on delivered advertising are not refundable, and promotional credit granted by LEADS has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. This unspent-only rule does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see section 7).
Every campaign is reviewed and approved by our admin team before going on screen. If a campaign is declined during review, nothing is charged and any hold is released back to your wallet. If a campaign is removed after going live for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy, you're charged only for the plays delivered before removal.
Physical screens can occasionally be affected by venue power, network or hardware issues outside our control. Where plays we charged for were not actually delivered because of a fault on our side, that value is corrected back to your wallet. If you believe you were charged for delivery that didn't happen, contact us and we'll investigate.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — for example, that they will be provided with due care and skill. If those guarantees are not met, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law regardless of this policy. This policy describes our additional commercial commitments, not a limit on those rights.
