Last updated: 3 July 2026 · LEADS (ABN 58 697 901 286) is operated by COSMIQ DIGITAL SOLUTIONS in New South Wales, Australia.
This policy explains what personal information LEADS collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read by a person. LEADS is a platform operated by COSMIQ DIGITAL SOLUTIONS (ABN 58 697 901 286) (LEADS, we, us, our), and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We use your information to create and run your account, deliver and review your campaigns, process wallet top-ups and issue GST tax invoices, show you accurate reporting (play counts, QR scan and conversion metrics, and heatmaps), provide support, keep the platform secure and prevent fraud or misuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal or business information to data brokers, and your wallet and activity are kept confidential.
Marketing & your choice. We may send you service messages you can't opt out of (for example, receipts, security notices and important account or campaign updates). We may also send you occasional product news or offers; you can opt out of those at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or your account settings, and we handle direct marketing in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
We share personal information only as needed to run the Service: with service providers who help us operate it, who are required to protect your information; where you ask us to; and where we are required or permitted by law, or to protect our rights, our venues or the public. We do not sell your information. Some of our providers store or process data outside Australia — in particular, card payments are handled by Square (United States), and our hosting, email and analytics providers may process data overseas. Where we disclose information overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. Your venue partners are not given your personal information.
Connections between your browser and LEADS are encrypted in transit. Access to your data is restricted to those who need it, card processing is handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider (Square), passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. If an eligible data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to deliver the Service, then for as long as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (for example, retaining tax invoices). When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
You can access and update your details from your dashboard at any time. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account — which removes your campaigns and personal record from our active systems, subject to records we must keep by law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. The "last updated" date above shows when this version took effect.
