LEADS is a Digital Out-Of-Home advertising platform operated by COSMIQ. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform. By using LEADS, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored as a secure hash — we never store your plain-text password). You may optionally provide a company name.

Billing & Payment Information

Wallet funding is handled through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or sensitive card details on our servers. We retain a tokenised reference to your saved card (last 4 digits, card type, expiry) for display purposes in your account settings.

Campaign & Usage Data

We collect information about the campaigns you create, including your creative assets, selected screens, schedule, targeting parameters, spend, and play delivery data. This data is used to operate your campaigns and provide analytics.

Technical Data

We may automatically collect standard log data when you use the platform — including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us maintain security and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions
  • To process wallet top-ups and manage campaign billing
  • To deliver your campaigns on the screens you've selected
  • To provide real-time analytics and reporting in your dashboard
  • To send transactional notifications (campaign status, billing receipts)
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform
  • To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not use your data for behavioural advertising targeting, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with:

  • Payment processors — to complete billing transactions securely
  • Service providers — companies that help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery), under strict data processing agreements
  • Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and platform

Screen operators who host your ads receive only the creative asset and scheduling data necessary to display your campaign. They do not receive your personal account details.

4. Cookies & Tracking

LEADS uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our platform pages. Your campaign analytics data (plays, screens, spend) is collected directly from screen delivery events — not from tracking pixels on external websites.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Passwords stored as salted cryptographic hashes
  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
  • Payment data handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors
  • Access controls limiting which team members can access account data

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, subject to any legal or financial record-keeping obligations (e.g. billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law).

Campaign data (play logs, invoices, spend history) associated with your account is retained for the duration of your account and for a period after deletion to comply with financial reporting requirements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format

8. Children's Privacy

LEADS is intended for use by businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of LEADS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
